José Ignacio is a Civil and Industrial Engineer, holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Master’s degree in Data Analysis, and is a Certified Product Owner (SPOPC). José Ignacio has served as Digital Products Lead at IsKognitive. Previously, he led innovation and technology initiatives at Phoenix Service, first as Innovation Project Manager and then as Head of Technology, Automation and AI. Before that, he spent more than two years at Fpay, during which time he also took part in Start-Up Chile (Corfo) as an entrepreneur.
