Mariano Wood

Mariano Wood is an attorney from Universidad de Chile, graduating with highest distinction. His cross-disciplinary practice combines the protection and management of intangible assets — trademarks, patents, and copyright — with digital and technology law: personal data protection, e-commerce, software, fintech, trade secrets, and technology contracts.

He primarily advises innovation-driven projects, startups, and companies with digital business models, also bringing experience in corporate structures, venture capital financing, and technology transfer. He serves as a teaching assistant in Intellectual Property at Universidad de Chile's Faculty of Law.
