Verónica Toro
Verónica Toro is an Associate and chemical engineer. Her practice focuses on drafting and filing invention patent applications in pulp, paper, textile, chemical, agrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, both domestically and internationally.
She advises on prior art searches, patent drafting, FTO reports, patentability analysis, responses to office actions, and technology surveillance. Before joining Covarrubias, she spent eight years as a patent examiner at INAPI, giving her a unique inside understanding of the examination process.
