The Women in Business Law Awards are organized by the Legal Benchmarking Group in partnership with IFLR, one of the most influential legal publications worldwide. Now in its 16th edition, these awards celebrate the top law firms and legal practitioners leading the way toward a more diverse and inclusive legal industry across the Americas.

The shortlist selection is not an open process: it results from independent and rigorous research, including data analysis and real-world performance evaluation of participating firms. Being nominated is, in itself, a recognition.
