Covarrubias announces the appointment of Fernanda Chamorro as new Partner
Chamorro leads Covarrubias' Latin America Desk and its International Trademarks Department, where her practice has focused on trademark protection strategies, as well as the filing, prosecution, and litigation of trademark and domain name matters, both in Chile and abroad. Her work has also included the coordination of cross-border trademark portfolios for international clients and correspondent firms operating in the region, ensuring consistent trademark protection across Latin America through a single point of contact.
She is a member of ASIPI and INTA, and has been recognized in publications such as WTR 1000 and Leaders League.
With this appointment, Covarrubias y Cía. strengthens its leadership team and consolidates its strategic presence in the region, in line with its commitment to providing specialized intellectual property counsel to local and international clients.
